I loved the location, right in the heart of a vibrant area filled with wonderful shops and restaurants. The hotel provided a unique historical atmosphere and the coffee from Pigtrain was a delightful perk. Despite this, the untrained staff left something to be desired, particularly regarding communication about offered amenities.

Our family had a wonderful time exploring the activities nearby, especially enjoying a fun segway tour. The suite was spacious and comfortable, and we were thrilled that they allowed our dog to join us. The staff were genuinely caring and made us feel welcome.

I loved the relaxing live entertainment at the bar and the cozy lounge areas to unwind. Just a heads up, the lighting in the rooms could be brighter, but it didn’t take away from our awesome stay overall! ☕️
